Jess Ottenweller
Yoga/Pilates Instructor
200-hr CYT, Certified Barre Above Instructor, Tabata GX Certified
At a young age, Jessica was a dancer and gymnast, so movement was always a big part of her life. She started attending yoga classes 16 years ago when her 3 boys were just babies. Although she just dabbled, she loved the way yoga made her feel both inside and out. A few years later, she also added regular Pilates to her practice, and since then, her love for body, brain, & breath connection hasn’t stopped.
While raising her boys, she noticed how much she loved sharing this movement with her family and decided to take the leap to get fully certified. Not only has Jessica been active in local studios, but she also teaches yoga to athletes and dancers around the community, and has loved seeing their personal practices grow. Jessica loves teaching flow yoga and barre with a lot of integrated Pilates movements mixed in. She thanks her many awesome teachers for all their practices for giving her a solid base and knowledge.
Jessica and her husband, Ryan, were raised and have lived in Fort Wayne all their lives. They have three teenage boys who keep them busy and active in the community. Off the mat, she loves spending time with her family, Friday night lights, and watching bands, especially when her baby is the drummer. She is excited to share her passion for movement with all!

Sierra Moss
Guest Strength and Conditioning Instructor
With over a decade immersed in the dance community—as both a dancer and a dedicated dance mom—I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the strength, discipline, and confidence that movement can build. I danced throughout high school and have spent years alongside my daughter in the competitive dance world, giving me a unique perspective on the physical demands dancers and young athletes face.
My own strength and fitness journey sparked a passion for helping others become stronger, more confident, and more capable in what they do. Today, I coach Strength & Conditioning, working with dancers and athletes of different ages and ability levels.
I’m continuing my education through NASM in Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning, while continuing to grow my experience as a coach.
My goal is to create training that challenges athletes, builds confidence, and helps them develop strength that carries over into their dancing, sports, and everyday lives. I love being able to combine my background in dance, passion for fitness, and love of working with young athletes into what I do.
